All you need to start is the product, service or lecture material you want to introduce.

## How it works

1. **Send your photo.** A front-facing, chest-up photo. Your face should fill close to half of the photo height (at least one third). Long side 720px or more, jpg or png, up to 10MB. Plain wall, bright light without shadows, mouth closed, looking at the camera, nothing covering your face such as hair, hands or glasses glare, and no beauty filters.
2. **Record your voice.** In a quiet room, use your phone's voice memo about a hand's width from your mouth. Read the guide sentence in one go, in your usual video speaking tone (about 10 seconds). No music, noise, echo or other voices. m4a, mp3 and wav all work.
3. **Review the plan.** Read the plan and Korean script and tell us what to change.
4. **Receive your video.** Receive the finished video as mp4, built on the approved script.

If appearing yourself is difficult, you can choose a virtual avatar presenter (virtual person).

Production days are counted from the day we receive all your materials and your consent confirmation.

## About your voice

- We accept only your own voice. Another person's photo or voice is used only with that person's written consent.
- Your recording is used only to produce the video you ordered. It is not used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
- We do not produce videos for impersonation, false information or deceiving others.
- Photo and recording files are deleted 30 days after delivery, or immediately on request. To request deletion, write to dev@shoedog.fit.
- The person and voice in the video are AI generated.

## FAQ

**Do I have to film myself?**

No. One front-facing photo and a voice recording of the guide sentence are all you need. You do not have to perform in front of a camera.

**How long does it take?**

1 short video takes 3 days, 3 short videos take 7 days, and 1 long-form video with 3 shorts takes 14 days. Days are counted from the day we receive your photo, recording and consent confirmation.

**Is my own voice used in the video?**

We generate Korean speech from the recording you send and use it in the video. The person and voice in the video are generated by AI.

**What happens to the photo and recording I send?**

They are used only to produce the video you ordered and are deleted 30 days after delivery. On request, we delete them immediately. To request deletion, write to dev@shoedog.fit. They are processed in our own production engine and are not sent to external AI services.

**Can I use someone else's photo or voice?**

We accept only your own photo and voice. Another person's photo or voice is used only with that person's written consent. We do not produce videos for impersonation or false information.

**How many revisions are included?**

Adjustments before the plan and script are approved do not count. After the video is made, revisions are handled within the number in your package: Basic 2, Standard 3, Premium 4.

**How is this different from services that use ready-made avatars?**

Instead of picking a ready-made avatar, we build the avatar from your own face and voice, and handle everything from the plan to editing before we deliver the video.

**Can you make an app or service introduction video?**

Yes. Send the screens you want to show as captures or recordings, and we place them in the video with you explaining them yourself.
